I left a very expensive pair of shoes when I checked out of my room, I called the day of checkout and they tell me the maids never found them as if shoes just disappear from a room no one but the maids had access to.. Also I woke up every morning with a scratchy throat due to previous tenants smoking in their rooms. The TV was decent and the bed adequate but losing a several hundred dollar pair of shoes even though you called to tell them youre coming back to get it the same day of checkout felt like outright theft.

Booked online, wanted $250 cash deposit on-site. Cancelled reservation, crossed street to Holiday Inn and relieved immaculate service.

Front desk on 3-11 shift super nice along with the hotel manager. The room has a strange smell. Hair dryer does not turn off. The breakfast was awful. There wasn't much and even less was put out. Had to ask for food, knife and napkins & coffee the previous day.. We were the only ones there because others got mad & left. Kayla had an attitude about doing her job. With the military and Coke Company we have traveled a lot.& honestly we're disappointed. We will go back to the Comfort inn or Holiday inn next time.
Rooms: Room was decent. Bed was comfy couch was not. Funny smell in room

Safety: Definitely questionable
Walkability: Not recommended
Food & drinks: Terrible never has any out. No coffee No sausage, no yogurt, no cups, napkins or knives. Had to ask for everything.including yogurt & food. Worse in all our travels. Kayla got mad when we kept asking for things like coffee napkins and a knife.
Noteworthy details: Prepare to eat breakfast at Waffle House or IHOP.

Good value location for couple with dog.
Walkability: Like many southern Interstate adjacent hotels, lack of sidewalks, pedestrian friendly crossings and very wide road make longer walks difficult. Walking the dog around the hotel was good as there is sufficient area with green space.
