My appointment was at 0700. I arrived 15 minutes early. The forklift operator was 15 minutes late for work. The parking lot was dirt and a total mess. Office staff was rude. Fork operator had no clue how to properly load a trailer. My 3rd trip back I had to draw a diagram on how to load the trailer properly. You can't just throw someone with a pulse out back and tell them to load cargo. After I left I had a flat from a screw I almost certainly picked up there in the parking lot. The warehouse was a total mess. No one had cleaned in there in decades. If I was a shipper, no way I'm using this place. The fork operator knocked several legs off the boxes as he moved them in and out of my trailer. Broke one band holding the box lid on. Avoid this place like the plague!
