Ive had the paper coming for years. I always enjoyed getting the last 4 weeks Ive not gotten it and no replacement paper. I keep calling and nothing they say they are contacting supervisor but whoever it is hasnt done anything just sitting back and collecting a check. Ive not even received the weekly ads. They say no regular carrier for area but why am I not getting mine? Youd think that someone in 4 weeks would get it right or the supervisor would do their job. I guess not customers are not to important anymore. Last Sunday I even took pictures of yard so if anyone sees it let me know
Week 5 and still no paprika. Called ro to cancel he said emails going back and forth trying to fix it. It takes more than emails to fix. The person I talked to said give two more weeks on us. It will be fixed. So two more weeks to go. I really they do more than an email
Week 6. Not surprised no paper and youd think maybe a supervisor or manager would get off the chair they sit in and get me a paper. But that would theyd have to work
Week 7 we are batting 1000 no paper and no redelivery. Talked with supervisor today and she said that the one over my problem should be calling me. Ive very little faith in that. Whoever it is will say they tried to get me but couldnt and not have called. I only have cell and answer except at dintest movies or something similiar and none of that in foreseeable future. I was told a supervisor would call well its Friday afternoon and no call. I did get one from the carrier but I want a question answered what have they been doing since they werent getting me my paper or replacement. I just called and said Ive not gotten the call so if they put down they did they can be question as to what other things they say theyre doing and not
Whats next? Well this week I finally got a paper by talking with the delivery person. She now knows where Im at no thanks to her supervisor who still has not called. Must be nice to have a job and do nothing
Oh I started getting the paper as I was suppose to get and while all the above going on trying to get anyone to do their job so I could get the paper they went up on me in cost without letting me know. So I canceled it after all the stress from it. They should have told me and saved us both some problems. It looks like few people do the job as it should be done

Absolutely the worst media service! They are behind the curve in reporting anything. They are overpriced! You can't communicate with them. Even their text service doesn't work. Their account tools are horrible. They are driving customers away! They just tried to raise my subscription to $39.26 up from $28.73. That is a 36.65% increase. I'm guessing shareholder earnings are down!
