I have not visited the business yet, but have called twice. The first lady I talked to was helpful and not rude, but seemed rushed to get off the phone. The second YOUNG lady I spoke with seemed as if she knew nothing about the business at all. She was polite, but did not have any answers to my questions. No one was rude, though.

Welllll!!! I'm going to give them 5 stars for having some "MOXIE"... I'm going to assume it was the guy in charge that I was speaking to... and he said QOUTE!!! " I have been in business for over 20 years and I don't care about what reviews say about us online"... There you have it folks... carry on... carry on..
I guess if you just get to the point.. he didn't seem to be one for small talk.. He was informative.. without me asking he actually saved me some time and money.. he told me cash prices and that I would have to buy more ice and spend more money if I used a debit/credit card.. and gave me office hours 9 to 1 on Saturday..

The worst ice company in the world rude manager and employee in the phone trying to tell you fill up ur ice box when their ice truck was completely out of ice be ware don't do Buisness with this company worst experience in my life manager yell in the phone !!!!
