      image I called in to get a phone for my daughterTo trade in for an iPhone I got talked to like I was the dumbest person on earth. After explain it againI was told I need to come in he should have said that in the first place!!!!! Like i don't know i need a ID. OK i was born yesterday!!!! Terrible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!

      image When my husband and myself go there, there is one lady that always is mad. She give us bad service our second language is English and we speak very good, but she is the only one person in Mobile,AL that do not understand us???
      Ill have her name in comments next time when I need service there.
      Were a big member from T-Mobile and she is not working for FREE! She gets paid to be there.
