In 2003 â€œThe Window Shopâ€ was established in Corsica, SD. As the business rapidly grew, we relocated to the Main St Historic district in Mitchell, SD, in 2007. We service all of eastern South Dakota, Northeastern Nebraska, and Southwest Minnesota. Ben, the owner of the â€œThe Window Shop,â€ has over 35 years of experience in the Home Improvement industry. From the beginning, he envisioned a company where he could work side by side with family, friends, and community. His goal has always been to help people transform their homes into beautiful spaces to gather together and celebrate life in comfort. Our purpose is to provide top-quality windows, doors, and siding and install them with careful diligence.

12:00 pm (noon) appointment scheduled for today. No show. I called to find out Zach was on the interstate and was on his way. I said "You were supposed to be here at noon" and his reply was "I had to come from Mitchell." I guess this is the first time he has traveled to Sioux Falls and was unaware of the distance. Maybe a map would help if you can't use modern technology. Appointment CANCELED! Apparently, Zach needs to learn to tell time also. Perfect example of 'Zach' thinking his time is more valuable than a potential customer. Huge red flag! Now Zach is trying to retaliate for my one-star review. Another huge red flag!
