I hired Dyke to represent me for a misdemeanor gun charge (more than a 10-round magazine). He was a great salesman. That's all he is. I picked up another misdemeanor charge but I used a public defender instead of Dyke (he wanted another $7,500...$15k total). I had the cases combined. Not only did my public defender do all the work, but he told me Dyke overcharged me by $4k. Dyke let my public defender do ALL the work. I called Dyke in the days leading up to my court date and he never responded. On the day of my court, I finally got ahold of him and asked him where he was (I was sitting just outside the courtroom). He didn't even know I had court. He tells me "let me know how it goes and I can provide you with input." Really??? I should have paid my public defender. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!! I should have reported him to the bar.
