I inquired about a property about a week ago and never heard a response back so I called to see if I could in touch with someone that way. On the original inquiry, I mentioned having a small house cat and asked if that would be acceptable due to the details of the property posting saying “restrictions apply” next to pets accepted. My husband and I are looking to move and have been thoroughly looking for places for the past few weeks. When I called I am guessing Ginger answered the phone. She is extremely nice and sounded very professional. She transferred me to Drew Lundstrom who is probably the most disrespectful, arrogant, and unprofessional realtor I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. As a young married couple starting the process of our first big move, I was very displeased to encounter someone as rude as him that seemed so determined to make this an awful experience. When I was transferred to him I explained that a woman transferred me because I was looking to rent a property long term. His responses, tone of voice, and inflection made it seem as if I was causing an inconvenience to his day by inquiring about renting one of his properties. After he told me that the property would only be available to the person he felt was right for it I began explaining a little bit about myself and my husband. I felt as if I was being interrogated. As if I was guilty of being an inadequate renter before ever being proven innocent. As soon as I said we have a smalll cat he said “OH! Whelp, I don’t do pets. So that’s that.” I was shocked that he would be this unprofessional. I said, “okay then. Well that’s that. Bye.” He said “bye.” If you care at all about manners, professionalism, and just respectful conversation during your buying/renting experience, do not make Drew Lundstrom a part of it.

Drew Lundstrom will run this place into the ground. Could not ask for a worse experience from someone I wanted to give my money to.
Called based on the ad pictured, which you'll notice "restrictions apply" to pets. We emailed a week ago inquiring about the property and if our inside cat was permitted. When we went a week without a response, we called. We were transferred to Drew who immediately began grilling us on why we wanted to stay at this rental, almost as if we had to justify our presence, which borders on discrimination in my opinion. After his rant, we then asked if our cat was allowed. This really set him off; before the news of the cat even left my wife's mouth he interrupted her and snarled at her to find somewhere else to stay.
I would not recommend calling this person or giving them your money to my worst enemy. Avoid this place like the plague if you value good manners, service, intelligence, or just common decency. I will be considering filing a complaint to the BBB based on the possible discrimination he expressed upon the initial call. Sorry to interrupt your busy day Drew, I hope you never sell a property again.
