Unprofessional technician. During the inspection I was given conflicting information. I was told my chimney had extensive damage and was estimated at $25k to tear down and replace. As the tech was leaving he tried to upsell me a gas log set even though he made it seem like I should not burn in the fireplace until the repairs had been made. During the inspection I offered the tech a bottle of water and he ignored my offering. Without saying a word he walked to a hose I had in my back yard turned it on and drank from it and then proceeded with the inspection. Overall a very odd/negative experience.
I would not contact this company for service ever again.
