This Allstate agency doesn't ever pick up their phone. Every time I need to get ahold of someone I have to call AT LEAST twice, no matter what time it is. The last few times it was time to receive my new cards I had to get ahold of THEM to send them to me. I never received any in the mail, only the ones they emailed me and I had to print out. When I said I wanted to cancel my policy because I found a better rate, she started to have a bit of an attitude. She said she'd email me so I'd have her email to send her proof of a new policy, and I never got that so I had to find an old email and send it to Aubrey. Then I didn't get any kind of confirmation back so once again I had to email them again and ask for that. And now I have asked 2 or 3 separate times if they need a signature on the cancellation request forms and I still haven't gotten an answer on that or making sure I won't be charged and how to proceed with that. I called four times this morning since they opened and still haven't he heard back.
