Apparently its ok to never pick up the phone here, and do whatever they can to avoid speaking with a customer. Its absurd. Do yourself a favor and use a different bank.

Why do you have a drive through, and have drive thru hours posted on your door but the drive through is always closed. If my work allowed a bank change I wouldnt return for multiple reasons. The customer service people are very rude when you ask them why its not open, even though they advertise on their own door and website that drive through is available. Drive through is the one way to make the bank TOLERABLE. Figure it out.

What an incompetent manager. My mother went into the bank to deposit cash. When she did, she received the receipt and realized that the amount deposited was $100 dollars short. She told the teller that there was an issue with the deposit. The manager then came over and began to argue with my mom, saying that "I am 100% sure" that X amount was counted. It was not until a coworker told the teller to close her desk and count the money by hand. The *amazing* manger (i hope I'm laying enough scarcasam for you) then came over and said that the money counter machine was broken and deposited the missing 100 dollars into the account. To give you some context, the teller who my mom was attended by was being trained, so mistakes will happen, but what was appalling was the abysmal level of customer service by the manger. This branch is very deserving of its rating here on Google.

This branch actually seems to go out of their way to inconvenience customers. Drive through windows and drive up ATMs have not been available for months. Had to park and walk in to lobby ATM and got message saying the ATM was not distributing cash!!!!! Ok, opened door to lobby to find very long line. Too much time and effort to get my own money. and last time I was there, banker wanted me to jump through a lot of hoops and paperwork and when I went to another branch with the same request, none of this was required.
