Student and Section 8 Renters Beware!!!

If you enjoy... - hard to reach management that rarely return calls (and require reminders to do repairs), - hidden absentee landlords who you aren't allowed to contact, - surprise apartment showings (bonus-- immediately in the first 6 months of your lease!), - convenient on-site washers and dryers that hardly ever run for more than a few days, - backed up kitchen sinks that are unusable for up to 3 weeks at a time, - negligent spreading (and storage) of bed bug infested furniture through common spaces, - and windows (bonus-- the entry closet, too!) that stream water and grow mold throughout the winter and spring... then MRPG has the perfect place for you! MN Rental Property/Properties Group does not appear to actually be an LLC itself, but it IS legally a part of (wait for it) Panda Bear LLC, one of 40+ rental management LLC's traceable to their obvious taxpayer, notorious Twin Cities slumlord JAMES EISCHENS (JIM EISCHENS) with his 1-200+ unit operation spanning the
