Warning to all parents that are bringing your child to see this doctor/therapist. She is completely unprofessional. Entry level customer service employees can do better than what we received. We called to confirm our 1st appointment with her and she never called us back. Then we called a second time (4 hours later) and she literally yelled at me on the phone about the appointment time and how busy she is! She was rude, condescending, inappropriate and seemed to be not in control of her emotions. She should not be in therapy of any kind and as a mother, I would be very cautious bringing a child to her or even an adult. Life is already complex enough without having to receive medical advice from someone who clearly needs help themselves.

Strongly encourages you to lose weight. Threatens to involve collection on bills she hasnt sent you. Basically a sales person for the weight loss plan she believes in. Will not fill appointment time. Is 1 Star the lowest you can rate?
