They were nice and accepted credit card as payment. But, in spite of giving them detailed information on the availability of the person to be served, they failed to serve the papers. I had to call them and email them to find out that they were not able to serve the papers. They wont even provide me a receipt, although they charged me for the service.

A prompt and professional team of Progress Servers/Legal Couriers. Fillings, records retrieval, Skip Trace, Affidavits of Service and Delivery. Mobile notaries, 1h, 2h, 4h, end of day deliveries, nights, weekends, long distance services... They've never really disappointed my staff and often pull off miracles using initiative. They've completed many of service with address typos, almost never needing clarification and getting it to the right party. I highly recommend.

Difficult to work with, challenged with technology: cannot figure out how to accept email documents, late replies, does not respond to questions, disregards court date, pretty much the worst process server imaginable. I believe that a baboon could do a much better job at taking a simple piece of paper and delivering it to an address than Jon Olson.
