We used Satoree for a complete bathroom remodel, only keeping the toilet, mirror and one light. They provided complete design services, complete project management, overcommunicated with us along the way (really appreciated!), were extremely responsive to our concerns, used quality contractors, and were very picky/thorough in making sure the contractors did what they should. I dont think weve ever had a remodel where we have been so confident in the results and worry free the whole time. Our bathroom is beautiful, functional, modern and unique. The Satoree team is so easy to work with! We plan to use them again for another bathroom remodel.

Amazing company and a wonderful experience from start to finish! Initially we worked with designer Michelle, who created a plan to replace our ancient tub/shower insert with a new tub and tile. It was a more complicated project than you might expect because we wanted to add light and due to the nature of our house that involved dropping the ceiling over the tub. We also replaced the HVAC. Michelle's fee was incredibly reasonable and we really enjoyed our conversations with her. We then asked Satoree to quote on the renovation itself and their estimate ended up being right on, and it was very detailed so we knew exactly what it involved. Each of the professionals who worked on the project, from demolition right through to tile installation, was on time, efficient, friendly, and patient with my many questions! Sara, the project manager, kept us completely up to date with timely and clear communication throughout. If ever we redo our kitchen we will know who to call! Highly, highly recommend these folks! We highly recommend Satoree for your remodeling needs! We remodeled two bathrooms, one of which was in the primary bedroom that included turning the existing closet into a walk-in shower and building a new closet from scratch. From start to finish the Satoree team was thorough. We were impressed by their careful planning as they brought out several specialists BEFORE we signed the contract so they could put together an accurate quote. We particularly appreciated Satorees respect of our budget. Before signing, they were upfront about where additional costs could potentially occur during the process (if there were issues once the walls were opened, etc). Our designer carefully presented choices that were within budget and would tell us if something would be a more expensive route. During construction the crew and managers were considerate and helpful. I was home in the dead of winter with a young toddler, rambunctious huge puppy, and one on the way and the crew were so kind, understanding and engaging with us all.

I have only positive things to say about my experience working with Satoree. They were originally referred to us by our architect. Since then, weve employed them on 2 large multi-family common area renovation projects each project spanning multiple months and impacting building residents and onsite staff significantly. I appreciate most how resident forward and focused Satoree is. They minimized disruptions whenever they could and added valuable design input throughout every stage of the process. Our onsite staff spoke very highly of the project supervisor who was onsite almost daily. As a project manager, I never found myself having to mediate he-said she-said disputes or concerns and Satoree delivered both projects per their initial timeline. Our main contact, Aaron, is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and communicative. Change orders were few and all reasonable given unknown conditions or scope changes that I initiated. Satorees craftmanship is top-notch and they never hesitated or threw in hidden fees to correct the few deficiencies noted during punch. Id give every project to Satoree if I could. You wont regret hiring them.
