Lived a yr at 740. They rented the apartment, knowing there were major plumbing heating issues. Had to wait a year to get out of contract. They only gave me back 10% of deposit because i complained. Stay away from this outfit.

My aunt lived in a Fine Associates building. She was retired, lived alone, and (by her own choice) wasn't in contact frequent with family. When the manager of her building noticed that they hadn't seen her in several days, they reached out to law enforcement for a welfare check. Unfortunately, she was found deceased in her apartment. As the person who is handling her estate, I was the one in contact with the people from Fine Associates and they could not have been any nicer or more helpful. My aunt was a pack rat and didn't value a clean home (to put it mildly), so I was feeling extremely overwhelmed by what was facing me in her apartment. Fine Associates worked with me and offered a solution that was way more fair to me/our family than it was to them. Their kindness and compassion is uncommon in today's world, especially when it comes to businesses - but we sure appreciate it. I can't say enough good things about how they handled a truly awful situation.

I currently live at 110 Grant which is owned/managed by Fine Associates. I do not recommend living in any building owned or operated by this company. They do not care about your well-being, safety, or apartment. They respond to reviews to say thanks for letting us know this doesnt meet our 5 star experience.. this is just a way to save face, they are acutely aware of all of the issues in the building but continue to play dumb in the public forum. They are incredible at breaking promises. Ive been waiting on a new dishwasher for 3 months and have been lied to multiple times on the progress of installation and my emails to property manager James have gone unanswered. Many of the amenities they promise are not functional (our dog wash has been broken for months, the car wash is down, our concierge is certainly not 24/7, the ice machine hasnt worked since I moved in two years ago, at least half the washers are routinely broken etc). The package room was broken into. I was stuck in an elevator for an hour and a half. The matinence man who came to fix my dishwasher went into my closed bedroom which I saw on my dog cam which is unprofessional and not necessary. The list goes on. I recently had friends who were about to sign a lease but I couldnt in good conscience as a friend, let them do that. Please avoid.
