I have lived in Arcadia at Overland Park for almost 2 years. I have contacted Timberland Partners on 4 occasions. Out of those 4, I've had 1 call returned. Timberland may be good to those that they are managing rentals. But, if you're the renters find another company. I should be able to flush my toilet, I should be able to sit on my balcony without nails and chipped paint everywhere, I should be able to have running water daily instead you refuse to hire a plumber to fix the water issue. I have multiple complaints that include pictures and recorded conversations. Timberland, you are taking full advantage of renters. SHAME ON YOU! And, let's not talk about the harassment I have received and reported. Sad situation

I have been a national supplier in the multifamily industry for about 13 years and worked with Timberland Partners since the beginning. Their property managers and onsite maintenance teams are among the best in the country. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always take the extra step to make sure their tenants and suppliers are taken care of. The leadership team at Timberland Partners is very easy to work with and has always treated us as a valued partner in their business.
