This restaurant rarely ever gets my order right. Which seems insane because my order is "White rice, black beans, cheese, and a side of sour cream". It's not complicated. It's even printed on a little sheet of paper for them every time, since I order delivery. Worst of all, instead of making it right by bringing me my *actual* order, they just give me a credit for a free meal item. But since there's a minimum delivery charge I have to order extra food just to use it. Super sick of this place. Won't ever be ordering from them again. Company needs a massive overhaul if they think a free menu item "makes things right" when your dinner plans for the evening are ruined.

Having worked in food service for several years, it was pretty easy for me to see that this location has some issues which need to be resolved.
I ordered online for pickup about an hour ahead of time. By the time I was finished at the gym, it was my pickup time, so I think it would have been reasonable to expect that my order would be ready for me.
I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time and my order was not on the shelf. It took a solid few minutes for me to flag down a staff member and get them to look into my order. They spent another few minutes searching through the computer and did find mine.
However, that does not mean that my order was ready. I was told by an employee that my order would have to be remade because "someone took it". While that's possible, I have a hunch that what really happened is that they lost my order ticket.
I don't know if they actually expedited my order or if they just found it waiting in the kitchen, but the remade (possibly original) order did come out pretty quickly. Still, in the restaurant I worked at, it would have been unacceptable to not have a customer's order ready at their requested pickup time, especially if they ordered an hour ahead.
And I know that quite a few other people have had experiences like this at this location. Yikes.

Absolutely the worst chipotle I've ever ordered from. I've given them 3 chances and every time they make a mistake. This time my burrito was stale and crunchy. Rice is undercooked every time. My wife's meal had cheese in it which she didn't order and white rice instead of brown rice. Seriously corporate needs to do a surprise visit, how do you fail every single time? Will never order from here again and its by my house which means I'll likely not order chipotle frequently like I used to.

Paid for double chicken and double steak and I got literally have scoop , disgusting place they dont treat their customers well . Wont go back in a million years .

Seems like a lot of complainers. These guys bent over backwards to fix my mistake and the food was delicious, AF. I had just returned from Spring Break, brain scrambled or jet lag, ordered to my local Chipotle and not this location. These guys remade all my food, 4 orders, including little Billy's quesadilla... and they didn't charge me. Oh yeah, the food, I order pretty much the same burrito or bowl ingredients each time I go to Chipotle; this was amoungst the best I have ever had. It was fresh, it was well prepared, and well portioned. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food, 2 people being locals to this location. My only regret being that my burrito was too big and perfect to finish in one sitting... Anyway, thank you Chipotle crew, you're awesome!
