Good dishes and seasoning, causa, jelly, spaghetti in green sauce, fried fish. All very delicious and affordable prices.

i've eaten at almost every single place on Central Avenue and even with three people it has never been $90. Went here last night with my girlfriend. I had a beer and she had a margarita. We each ordered one entre. and we had the wings as an appetizer. Extremely over priced in my opinion, in comparison to the restaurants in the area. The food was good but it wasn't $90 amazing.

We went to Barroco for the first time last Thursday, and it was a horrible experience that ended with my gal puking in the abandoned lot across the street. You can't make this up- check it out: First, we ordered margaritas, and they served us a boozy sludge with crushed ice that we couldn't drink- first red flag. Then they brought us chips which were the highlight of the meal. We ordered queso for it, and they brought us weird melted parmesean in a cast iron skillet. It was covered in grease and inedible, nevermind being impossible to get on the chip. I was starving so I ordered fajitas, and she ordered enchiladas which had multiple meats. My food came and it was overcooked but I was so hungry I tried to eat it anyway. To my surprise, it was flavorless. I didn't know it was possible to make fajitas tasteless! Unseasoned, overcooked mess that I couldn't choke down despite being starving. Her meal was soggy and gross and she didn't want it either. Why eat this mess when El Taco Reindo is literally across the street for half the price? So we got up to go over there for proper food, and told the manager we'd pay for the drinks but nothing else. He refused and said we had to pay, bringing me a bill for over $70! I told him I'd pay drinks, but he insisted we pay even though we didn't eat it. We got him to reduce it to $50 and I told him he was making a mistake because now I'll review it. I went across the street to eat at the other place, and she puked on the way. Once she was done, we got some new food and ate- and I came here to write this review. Don't make the mistake we made- avoid this restaurant!
