Good doctors. Trust them with my life. But how is it even remotely acceptable that you cannot schedule an appointment with your specialist for 6 months. How is this acceptable? Medications are typically on daily or weekly schedules, tests are done far more often than 6 months. How they find this to be an acceptable operation is beyond me. Especially to not have a fill-in procedure, for cancelled appointments. Absolutely wild to me.

UNLESS YOU HAVE 3 HOURS TO SIT ON HOLD GO SOMEWHRE ELSE. For over a month calling this facility is impossible. Today I called them for a concern of some urgency. Their message says the hold times "are greater than 10 minutes" but I was on hold for 1 hour and 27 minutes before the hold music stopped and the line disconnected. I called back, same thing happened after 45 minutes. After being a patient here for over 5 years, I'm going to be transferring my elderly mother to another provider as they clearly don't have the ability to take care of their patients, show no signs that this is a temporary issue, and this is a really bad mark on the Park Nicollet name and brand reputation.

I have been going to Park Nicollet for many years. I always get good care. If you are going to the 6500 Specialty clinic you should park in the blue ramp. It is a long hike across campus from the orange ramp. If you don't want to pay $4 for parking there is a free lot and shuttle.
