Walked in Darcy helped me (and later several other customers simultaneously) right away and helped me find some great fitting shoes options for starting to run.  He encouraged me to try each pair on the treadmill.  Glad I stopped made the trip.  Highly recommend.

Matt knew every thing about every shoe (and even every sock). Very helpful, knowledgeable. I feel more confident in my purchase because he walked me though what the shoes can do and matched it with what I was looking for. Im very pleased!

I'm a return customer, and recently was the first time in four years I left without the new pair of shoes. The customer service was impeccable, as usual. However, the stock was absolutely horrid. Barely any shoes, and the ones that are present are either in awful colors or in rare sizes. Covid, I understand. But other chains also have covid, and they have a full selection. You can't expect you store to survive if you have nothing to sell. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.
