Staff were helpful and friendly when we called.However, when we arrived, they were not. This site was very difficult to locate as it is part of a very large complex.

Stop by a few days ago to recycle oil, and was treated rudely by Kevin, who acted like I was a major inconvenience. Previously, Kyle, part of the management team, provided outstanding service, and went above and beyond to steer me in to find this difficult location. Would strongly encourage O'Reilly's to come up with better signage, as I trust many trying to come to this location, simply give up. Prices are noticeably higher than many retailers, but this Merchant does offer a 10% military discount, which helps offset some of that cost. Check it out for yourself, and note the picture I attached, which shows the not so prominent entrance.

Circled the block several times and couldn't find the place, but from checking the other reviews it seems like it has a similar degree of signage to a CIA black sitewhich is to say "none whatsoever". Never made it here but it's pretty funny so I'm rating it five stars.
