I applied for housing and they acted like they were in a rush to process my application when it hadnt even been a week yet. The property manager Charlotte was very rude about doubling back asking if my kids were sick like I was going to get her sick. I felt like it was rude and short service. And not very professional. Worrying about my bank account money instead of asking if I had more money telling me, I didnt have enough to move. Which I did but how do you feel comfortable explaining your situation when you feel interrogated? I dont keep all of my money in a bank account. They say they are an equal opportunity property which I found to not be true. The apartments also look better online, theyre a little worn down if you pay attention on your tours. In order to have exceptional residence, you have to have exceptional service! If youre looking for somewhere to stay with great management and warm comfortable feelings, when you enter the office, this is not the place.
