My husband purchased a Toro snowblower from Home Depot on 12/8/21 and tried to use it for the sixth time and the motor wont go. Called Home Depot and they provide me the service number for the local Toro service providers. I get told we will get to it when we can, we service our customers first and this is what you get for purchasing from a big box store. My husband has the recordings of these service providers said. If Toro reaches out I can provide them proof of what was said.
