Ive been informed by multiple workers that working conditions here are negative and unfair and that they have been turned away when speaking up on these issues by higher management. I will not be going to the Walker anymore if this is how they treat their employees.

I have relations to a few frontline workers (gallery assistants) at the Walker and have been informed that management is making it very hard for GAs to function properly within the workplace do to stressful restrictions (no seating despite standing on concrete floors all day, no benefits, hours being cut, etc.) that have been established. This would be something workers would go to Human Resources for, but Ive also been informed that many frontline workers have been turned away or completely ignored when they have reached out. This is a serious issue and I recommend people to not go to the Walker until the workers are being treated with proper respect.
