Akeem was so friendly and informative. I appreciate that he took the time to really understand what the issues were and the circumstances around each occurrence. His openness to talking through potential causes was appreciated and made me feel more comfortable with the ambiguousness of trial-and-error solutions. It resulted in a quick fix!
