My appointment was at 1:30pm we didn't get started until 3:30pm my style wasn't completed until 6pm then when I respectfully contacted her to discuss she took offense and told me not to book in the future. My vibe had nothing to do with your poor service lady! Then to top it off she requested another payment. Get it together, you are so unprofessional *side note* she has a very small suite at Phoenix Salon Suites where she recently had a COVID exposure. She doesn't wear masks nor require others to wear them and doesn't have any space to distance from the other clients she crowds into her suite. Service: Hair extensions

I left several messages to get an appointment no response and when I did get a response finally when I had called she did not recognise herself as a salon so I did not know who I was speaking to then she goes on to tell me how she does not do the services that she provides so pretty inconvenience would never go to her False advertisement not professional
