I walked in today and found three young, motivated guys ready to help. What I wanted was for them to volunteer to apply my new screen protector. Experience helps! They accepted that without hesitation and did a very careful job cleaning the screen and applying the protector.
While that was being done, I heard the other two staff members politely handling the needs of a couple who came by.
I can say that the willingness to help, the quick response, and the diverse skills of the team made me comfortable recommending this location for T-Mobile and cell phone needs.

Terrible customer service my phone was damaged and they didn't help me at all in trying to get a new phone.Sarwar the manager had to just exchange my damaged phone with the new phone the company sent to there store but he told me that he didn't want to because his store might take the hit for it and that they might not accept my phone as is but t-mobile said they would exchange it.

I felt like Sewar didnt try to help us at all. My wife wanted to trade in her IPhone XR (That I gave her) from T-Mobile** (But SPRINT gave us a T-mobile SIM card to active her XR) for the new IPhone 13 T-mobile (Both companies Merged)**. When a family walked in, Sewar started saying that she couldnt get the new phone because, we had a virtual line that we havent used. In order for my wife to get a new phone, she had to call sprint and tell them to remove the Virtual line. That was one option, his second option was for us to order it online from sprint and go through the process of, mailing the trade-in phone back to sprint. He didnt make a call to try and ask for help or to see if there were an easier solution. He told us there was nothing he can do for us. Sewar made too many excuses and was trying to rush us out to assist the family that walked in. He also kept mixing up his words and made the whole process sound confusing. Dont bother going to that location, he fed us bull***t and my wife couldnt get her new phone. SMH
