      image We went to this office because they deal with Nevada and California. We spent time talking with Karen about and issue we were having with our Tahoe Building. She gave us a few ideas, one's which we should have knows since my husband was a Real Estate Broker for over 40 years. But being away from the business and retired 13 years, he is a bit rusty on RE Law. And when you are in a hairy situation, it is always good to get another opinion. Although, we did not use her to settle the disagreement, we were happy that we would take it on. We decided to negotiate ourselves instead of the situation escalating. But I am giving her four stars for handling California even when she is in Nevada and for her advice and for her fee being reasonable.
