They hire the cheapest help possible to do "repairs" that only fix the cosmetics an fail to adress any real issues For tenents
Rent incresses every few months for no reason untill they run u out
It started at 1000 a month an now has creepped up to close to 1500$ a month
IF YOU ENJOY. Spending money to own nothing. An enjoy constant headace THIS IS THE SPOT FOR YOU
They are conmen who are not here to suport happy or healthy living in there conplexes. I would NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Centrally located in downtown Milwaukie, OR with easy access to Bus, light rail Max, and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, post office and library. Units are small and tidy, repainted and renovated for new residents. Only 29 units available with 25 parking spaces on site. 3 coin operated washers and dryers at lower competitive pricing with local laundry and available everyday. My unit is especially quiet, unless pounding on wall or floor no noise is heard.
