Definitely not my first time having Noodles and Co., but first time at this location. We ordered take out and it was quick and easy! Always appreciated. I can't speak to the store itself, as it was my husband that went for pick-up, but I did try something new to share! In case you haven't heard of their latest menu add/marketing gimmick, they're now offering "LEANguini." These are specialty noodles with less carbs and higher protein than your typical noodles. I'll say they sure have the same taste and appearance of a traditional linguini, so they've done well there. Is it truly somehow 'healthier,' we'll never know for sure. But I gave it a go and was surprisingly happy with it! I had the Lemon Parm version which has roasted zucchini, spinach, tomatoes, parmesan and parsley. Plus I added shrimp as it was listed the recommended protein. It certainly wasn't something to rave to your pals about, but all in all it had good flavor and was a solid portion. Thumbs up to Noods for trying new things and making their menu more diverse for folks and their dietary needs.

Customer service is nonexistent in this place. The staff is loud and rude. You can hear every bit of their inappropriate conversation but they better not hear laughs and giggles from your table or they will yell at your children. Maybe if they would pay more attention to the food and less to my kids they would have noticed they served half cooked chicken.
Kid-friendliness: Not a kid friendly location at all. The way the staff speaks, I may as well have taken my kids to a bar. Kids arent allowed to laugh or enjoy their dinner. Just sit down, shut up and eat. Despicable

I placed an order for two pad Thai and one Japanese Noodles. The gentleman preparing the meals had long hair and dreadlocks that was not protected by hairnet, nor pulled back. They also never omitted the green onions. I drove back to the restaurant to return my items. The manager's name was Demarcus. When I spoke to the cashier, Infinity, she said the order shows up on the customer side of the register. They had a menu blocking my view of the register. Infinity told me she wasn't the one who put the menus in front of the register to block my view.I also told the manager that I felt it was a health code violation to have an employee with long hair that is not pulled back, preparing food. He did not seem to care in the least.
