Man named, Zamod, was scrolling through Tinder and sliding in peoples DMs on Instagram and Twitter the WHOLE time I was trying to get my phone fixed. I was ready to ask another person because it made me SO uncomfortable!! When my phone was fixed, he wanted to test if it worked and put HIS personal number in my phone. I blocked him immediately and couldnt wait to leave. Go to ANY other store please.

I tried to switch here but he asked somuch questions about my privacy them i can't trust hime that's why i leaving but he controls my current carrier so now i can't using my current Carrier !!! please do not go this place!

Came in to see if I could get my phone fixed (heads up, they say they do not fix phones at all, wouldn't even look at mine). Adri is not knowledgeable about their available phones, could not compare different models for me (or assumed that I wouldn't understand the details, all she said was "the camera is better on this one and that's pretty much it"). Then told me I need to change my phone plan if I want the $200 discount she mentioned earlier but could not tell me why I *needed* to switch. She said there was no difference except the newer plan would be $20 cheaper a month. I ask her for a print out info about the new plan that I could bring to my mom (whose account it is) - when I look at it at home, it says with the new plan, we would no longer have unlimited data coverage and instead get capped at 2.0 GB a month which she conveniently did not mention. Either she doesn't know the difference between plans or she's trying to take advantage of me needing a new phone. Either way, I really would not recommend this location.
