Apparently you can pay to bash someone online and declare fraud on them while the post itself takes details out of context. I know an investigated individual, who I accidentally just came across an alleged fraud post when looking up their contact info for upcoming services, and I know for a fact they are a great employer and has more happy customers ones than unhappy ones. The poor handling of mistakes under a no longer employed manager will leave more of a reputation than the 20+ years of business and needbe could be resolved with lawyers while they make an effort not to have the same incident happen again. This investigation service is distasteful to put it politely.
