I went in for service at the end of 2019 and everything was great. The doctor did what was needed and I was satisfied. I then moved January 2020. I finally started to get my mail transferred towards the end of 2020, which unbeknownst to me included a bill for my portion after insurance made their payments. I received a call from the dentist office asking for payment, which I handled and apologized, explaining that I had moved and with everything with covid/virtually learning. Well, I later opened one of the bills that was sent to my old address and the handwritten message written on it is very unprofessional. It states, “This balance is from 11-11-19. Your not a kid how about handling your responsibility and pay your bill. Dr and ins did their job what about you!”
Very disheartening because I had no idea about the bill and paid it promptly over the phone when she (I’m sure it was the front reception that wrote the message) called me. But what if I were out of work or something due to covid, this is no way to speak to someone. So disrespectful. I would not recommend this place, such a lack of tack, respect and understanding is surprising. Such a shame.

Wonderful dentist and staff! They provide wonderful service. I would still be going if I did not move!
