music plays when you call .they dont answer phone in scottsdale and when they do they say some thing that has three letters that is confusing .theygive recording to leave your name and number but dont call you back.worst place i have ever tried to deal with
no star or minus stars would be a better fit

Horrible people. I get a letter from a debt collector informing me I have 4 small bills due from a year ago. Called West Florida to see why they sent it to collections without ever letting me know I owed anything. They stated after sending out 3 bills they send it to collections and I have to go through the collections now.I informed them I was never sent any bills, the smallest bill was for $9.00 so why would I ignore that? How do they expect people to pay their bills if they dont know they have any? They need to get their act together in the billing department.

I went to Santa Rosa Medical Center in 2020, once to the ER and later for a mammogram. Both visits were authorized through the VA. Now, 3 years later, I was turned into collections because these idiots never billed the VA, nor did they let me know that there was an issue with my insurance. Instead, they just turned me into collections. After many frustrating hours on the phone, the issue was FINALLY resolved. However, I decided to call to make sure that I wasnt on the hook for anything else, and lo and behold, a mammogram I had in 2022 was never billed and was in the queue to be sent to collections. Again, they never sent a bill to the VA. Terrible service. If you dont want to have your credit ruined and have to deal with an incredible amount of frustration, DO NOT use West Florida Radiology. They are completely incompetent.
