Awful customer service. They do not follow through on what they say. They also do not tell you over the phone they are cash only ect. Waste of time and fuel.

Definitely would not recommend this place for sod sod sits on this yard for multiple days man only that when you call, they will give you a price over the phone when you show up and they will tell you that they only except cash or check he just wasted fuel going there Dont think that it is a legitimately ran business and definitely would not waste my time

sod is fresh cut daily, mr taylor was mad at me yesterday because we do not accept credit cards, i usually allow customers to take sod then bring a check back so it wont be inconviniet for my customers, however mr taylor was rude and told me he was going to leave a nasty review on google because everyone should take credit cards, ... is sad because he runs a business like we do and as i know, im pretty sure he knows how unfair people are with leaving reviews like his for this reason. 99 percent of reviews on our name is just like mr taylor, we been short on people to work at fields and most of year i had to help run tractors for that reason i really havent had time to reply to this reviews leaving a reason for people to think this reviews are true.

at our company mr Carter decided not to use credit card long time age, however we will bring it to the attention to our manager and consider, meanwhile will make sure we add that to our add on our website and addvertisement for our customers information... however we do not have a Lauren working at our company

We use Carter all the time and reading some of these negative reviews im pleased to say everyone of them are full of it. They either dont know how to properly conduct business as a Landscaping company or take no responsibility for not caring for their grass. Theyve been doing the same thing for years at carter and never go against their policies.
I know that larger supply companies would not Tolerate even from me Me saying that they are responsible After I purchased it.
