VERY POOR experience with Sandy Sansing this past week. We attempted to purchase a Jeep Wrangler for my wife. She had been talking with the salesman about it for several days and attempted to schedule a time to go look at it. Apparently, the vehicle was not on the Milton lot, but at another SS dealership over in Foley. The website did not give that detail which would have been nice. We agreed to proceed. The SS office in Foley decided on Wednesday, they would add a lift kit and put new tires on the Jeep and raised the price another $6,000.00. That seemed a bit much but with new tires, ok, perhaps that was a good thing. We went in to purchase the vehicle Thursday afternoon. We were told there was another couple that scheduled an appointment in Foley to look at the vehicle at 5pm, so the salesman told us to come before that to sign the paperwork which we did. We started the process at 430 and were done not even an hour later. The deal was done, OR SO WE THOUGHT. The salesman said they were sending someone over to get the vehicle and we could pick it up later that night or Friday morning. We said no rush, Friday morning would be fine. The salesman never called Thursday night to say it came in and no call again Friday morning. My wife called Friday about 10am and left a message asking for the status. The manager called about an HOUR later only to advise us that the vehicle had been SOLD OUT FROM UNDER US. How could that be when we completed the sale? The only answer we got was "it happens sometimes" and that "the Foley dealership had possession of the vehicle" and there was nothing they could do. They showed no real empathy. They did not come to us with any alternatives on this call. My wife was heartbroken. I went up to the dealership to get back my deposit check. Again, no one really acted concerned that we got screwed. The finance manager did say sorry, but then switched to sales mode and tried to offer us a similar vehicle that was $15k HIGHER in price. Really? Noone has followed up with us after that point. No second call saying they apologize. No second call saying, "here's what we can do to make it right". These people just don't care and that's a real shame. Now we have HARD INQUIRIES on our credit report. We now have the possibility of the loan paperwork going through to the bank and creating the loan generating marks on our credit report. If that happens, the loan will have to be flat cancelled which could take some time as well. In the meantime, we are here without the vehicle we wanted and a bad taste in our mouth for Sandy Sansing. Shame on you Sandy Sansing for the way your folks do business. Bad news travels faster than good news and believe me, I will do my part to spread the bad news about our experience here sir.

I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody. My car that I purchased was hit on the lot and they tried to cover it up by getting someone who didn't know how to do repairs. It literally looked like a 2 year old tried to fix it. I have pictures from the body shop. I made contact with the salesman and manager to make this right since this was their screw-up. They refused. So I don't recommend nobody buying from this place ever. The deal was done at night so I didn't have time to notice it until the next day when overspray was all over the car. Ryan in Atmore that owns a body shop can vouche for me on this matter. Ryan fixed my car back they way it should have and I had to pay out of pocket for Sandy Sansing screw-up.

This company is very unprofessional and rude. They are all bad people and dont care about you or your time. Do not waste your breath or money on this company, there are plenty of other dealerships you can go too.

First time visiting their service department and it was a decent experience. Fast service and on time with my scheduled appointment . Fare enough price as well for routine maintenance.

Looked around for days trying to find a new car after mine was totaled. Stopped in here just to look and came out with a new vehicle! It was a little older then what I was looking for but had most of the features I wanted and was an excellent price. The car was in immaculate condition for being 6 years old. Desmond C. Was a big help! He answered all of my questions and really fought to give me the best deal! Was even able to go back and get the windows tinted! Highly recommend if you are in need of a new car fast!
