I had the unfortunate experience of sending my loved one here and having a good friend work here. First you can tell that this "family run business" is operated by crooks. Please search for 'Essex Group Management US Recovers Over $133 Million For Fraudulent Nursing Home Therapy Claims' whole article of how these crooks are billing your loved ones for money but they're not being provided the service. Be careful with this company, they'll sacrifice your loved ones for a quick dollar, you can tell by the cheap owner's way of speaking to staff, disgusting to witness.
Staff are underpaid and overworked - that should be scary for you to send your loved ones here. Owners are a bit racist - you won't see it till you read between the lines of what they're really saying to their staff and even administrators!
Can you imagine what they'd be saying to your loved ones if they speak to staff this way?

Sadly I had to give a star at all! Doesnt pay employee ( Red flag no punch in clock and no direct deposit available with them! ) go and get check they claim they mail it too you. Yet another joke. Owner never met ( his son runs the business ) Would highly not recommend working for this company as Ive been in the nursing field more than 12 years else where was only with them under a month and thats sad.

Blair House 10 stars all the way. My mom was there for a very short time and passed away last week The staff was fantastic, Patty the administrator was wonderful . My mom was in hospice . Kim was amazing she kept her very comfortable as well as nurses We were very glad to have my mom at Blair House even though it was for a short time . Debby Reynolds
