I purchased a new home and the fireplace hadn't been serviced in who knows how long and was just not working properly. The blower fan would not come on when it should and although the pilot light was lit, it would not IGNITE! I called and scheduled an appointment to get it cleaned and serviced. Rich showed up on time and was extremely personable and answered every question I had. The total appointment took only about 30-40 minutes. He got everything in working order and even made the fireplace look like new. Vacuumed it out, wiped it all down and made sure all electrical components and gas lines were in safe working order. We've enjoyed it ever since and look forward to a cozy winter by the fire. I highly recommend Ignite Fireplace for any service needed on a fireplace. Would definitely do business again with Rich and his team.

I called to ask for a quote on replacing an old gas fireplace and the salesman told me very rudely that they don't repair something that old. He apparently didn't even listen to what I was asking. I asked a few questions he sounded like he couldn't be bothered. I would not use any company that talked to customers like this.

HOLY COW! I am so impressed with this company. I called several asking for help fixing what I guessed to be a small issue, and all the other companies were double the price to just get them to come out. They were here within 24 hours of contacting, they were super professional, and they fixed the problem quickly and for such a reasonable price. Seriously use them for ANYTHING fireplace related.

Great service/repair and cleaning of my "old" fireplace. The price was excellent also. They put in a remote control and went beyond what I expected from a cleaning - looks like as close to new as possible for its age.

Ignite did an amazing job at servicing my insert fireplace. Not only did they get it running, but they cleaned it thoroughly and even applied a fresh coat of black paint in the back of the unit. It shines not and fires every time. Strong Work!!!
