Got in line at 4:59 late I know but still in hours and there was still 3 cars in the second line and they refused to serve me and the lady was rude that was speaking. Ill never use this bank again and will probably switch banks if this is the kind of service I can expect.

Seriously if I could give yall a zero I would. The older female with the salt and pepper hair. She lost yall a costumer opening an account today. I opened one online last night. They going into the store didnt offer the services I needed. She got rude with me and told me then whats the point. Excuse me. Is that really any of her concern? Shame on her for acting like that. I took my lunch break to be side eyed. I work full time and needed a local branch to handle my money as I just moved to the area. Thanks for leaving a yuck taste in my mouth about BB&T. Community credit union helped up the road.
