Clean, out the way, rooms. However, a great selection of chain eateries around; which is rare for upstate locations. No complaints. I'd definitely stay here again.

Rude morning staff, no breakfast, holes in towels, stains on bed, bright flashing light on room that can't be turned off, rusty bathroom fixtures, all different colored lights. I expect way more from Courtyard. Wouldn't return here. The night staff was nice at least.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. The bathtub didn't drain so when you showered, water filled the tub, nearly 12 inches high. There was NO HOT WATER in the morning to shower. Could not shower. There was a huge hallway fight / argument at 4am which woke half of the guests up. This hotel was AWFUL.

Julissa at the bar was amazing! She has a great sense of humor and a warm personality. She made our stay so much better!
