This facility is spacious and clean. Staff is super friendly. Their spin classes are excellent. Nelson and Kenya are terrific! My personal trainer, Simon, is extremely knowledgeable, understands my goals and tailors my workouts to optimize my potential. He cares, is personable and I can tell he wants me to achieve my goals . I truly look forward to my workouts with him!

I have tried several gyms, I was pretty desperate to try something different. After COVID ( Im a nurse) I was the biggest Ive ever been and feeling very down. I took a chance and I invested in a personal trainer and Crunch. It been 9 1/2 months and Ive lost over 30 pounds and many inches. Im down two dress sizes and have never felt stronger. I still have ways to go but now I feel it may be possible. Great vibe and lots of encouragement. My trainer Simon has been amazing and I am very grateful for all the support

Amazing gym! Fantastic atmosphere, wish they repaired their machines that have been down for a while but other than that this is my 2nd home
