Monica Kavanaugh from Uptown Realtors was our agent and she has all the qualities to consist of Professional, Responsive, Happy to answer any and all questions promptly. You never have to ask her twice and if she does not know immediately she will find out as soon as she possibly can! You would not go wrong with Monica and I hope anyone who reads this and is in need of buying or selling will give her a call!

When you rely on the "expert" to set the price, then she tells you to lower it 2 weeks later because "her broker says you can get $599k all day long" even though the best comp sold for less and then you choose not to renew this is what happens....Luckily we priced right and sold quickly with another broker (who didn't bash us on social media).

Have only worked with Madeline Maksy, but she was a terrific help in finding our first home.  Friendly, knoweldgable and great to take along on viewings, as she always knew just what to ask to get the most information to make our decision.  Would highly reccommend to anyone, first-timers and seasoned buyers alike!
