Dr Donogue spent less than 5 minutes with me. He provided no help despite being asked for help and it was a question and answer piece. To me, that is not helpful and a waste of time. He is a joke and should not be practicing if he doesn’t want to help people. He did not take my concerns seriously which is against his oath as a doctor. I would highly recommend not coming here to see him. Go anywhere else. They bill your insurance and you get no help in return. Edit: suit 301 gynecologist. I have the correct practice, perhaps incorrect spelling THANKS

Went to get my ear checked on Monday called today and they refused to recheck my ear . So went to the ENT they didn't properly flush my ear out right. All that flushing caused all wax to go into my ear canal. Once ENT got it out. They noticed my ear canal scratched when they used a tool at compass. The ENt told me I had an ear infection and a sinus infection along with a scratch ear canal. Next time someone calls to get an ear rechecked they should schedule that person an appointment.

They have to work on improving their dr/patient relationships in regards to their lack of communication to their patients. When you have to call once or twice a day for a week to get lab results its unacceptable. Keep getting excuses on every call. I guess when your primary only works part time, 3 days a week, this is the result.One question being are the people you talk to actually relaying your request to the dr.?Whatever, this apathetic attitude needs to stop and more attention paid to this issue.

I wonder why this is considered an urgent care facility. I tried to bring my fiancé there when she injured her ankle and was first asked if I had an appointment! How does one know when one will have an accident and need care? Of course there were no available appointments so going there for help was a waste of time, ended up making the trip to the ER of a local hospital instead. THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE FACILITY!

Staff is completely rude and their covid policies are completely insane that I can't bring my 2 year old son with me who I have noone to babysit or watch. Their front desk staff could not be anymore miserable doing their jobs. Don't come here for prenatal care!
