Clean, professional service, as usual! We had an appointment to replace an old, root filled elbow that went through our foundation. The job involved work both in a small crawlspace and outside the house, under a couple inches of snow. Dan and Jeff were careful with drop cloths and boot covers not to bring in any mud from outside, and worked cleanly and quickly. They communicated the job to me well and showed me the problem. I've used Dormann in the past, and HIGHLY recommend the service. There are spotty contractors out there, but this crew is as dependable as they get.

First of all, the customer service ladies were wonderful and so understanding when I called by putting us on a wait list for the first open tech.
Next, Nic was exemplary! Outstanding professionalism and so pleasant. Made pups and our guard cat feel at ease too. He explained everything to my husband that he was doing and made some suggestions for preventative things to eliminate drain blockages and perhaps curtail this recurring issue that for some reason seems to happen around or right before holiday cooking time. Cost was more than expected (but isnt everything now) yet well worth the peace of mind.
