I called ComTech because I was running out of space on my tablet. I even gave the tech an idea that I had found on the internet that might free up some space. Instead of using my idea, he messed with my computer for an hour and a half freeing up a minimal amount of space. The next day, I could not access my Kindle. I contacted ComTech and they gave me a couple of suggestions over the phone neither of which worked. I am out $90 and can no longer read books on my Kindle thanks to ComTech. By the way, I googled how to free up space and found simple instructions on line to do what I had asked the tech to do. I was able to free up 2 GB of space by following the on line instructions. Now if I can just Google how to get my Kindle back.
