Unprofessional May Not Even Be the Right Word

IF you can get through to the main number, good luck getting a call back from the adjusters. As a medical provider this is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. If any other medical providers need advice two words PIP DEMAND!

Horrible To Deal with!

The lady that rear ended me was insured with Windhaven. They are so horrible to deal with. No one ever picked up their main line. It took them 2 weeks to get an adjuster on my claim,and when they did she was so unhelpful. (Belkis Fernandez - try to avoid her at all cost). She never respond to my voicemails, and refused to put me in a rental car. I was out of a car for over 2 wks. I called the Insurance commissioner and unfortunately they were within the laws, they will drag the claim out until the very last day they are allowed. I finally went through my own insurance so they can deal with this mess of a company and they also have the same horrible experience I have had. If you are looking for insurance - DO NOT go with this company, you may pay less than others, but will also go through pain to get them to handle your case. You get what you pay for and with Windhaven it's obvious!

Windheaven Insurance the Worse

I my car was hit by windheavn insured on 9/27/2014. my adjuster, lawyer and myself have the hardest time getting anyone on the phone. everytime you call it always goes to voicemail.They took a whole 3 weeks before they responded by mail and then said in their letter they have been trying to get a hold of me which a lie. I call time and time again all I get is voicemail. I was promise by Arianna that as soon as she received my documents she will call me she hasn't yet call me. I call the office and spoke to customer service and who said the my documents has been received. today on october 31, 2014 I call customer service to ask for their home address he told me he was not allow to give me their home address or is supervisor name. He told me to look it up on the website. which I did and found the home address 7205 NW 19th St., Suite 200 Miami, FL 33126 (786)709-4800. look like I will have to take a ride down there. I don't see how this insurance company is in business and why would people want to sign with them? THE WORSE INSURANCE COMPAMY IN THE WORLD TO DEAL WITH.i hope in the near future they will get better in answering their phones and talking to adjusters and lawyers. I have to get my lawyer involve over something that is so sample. Arianna said that when get my documents she will start to process my checks it has not been done as far as I know. I got a feeling that I will be dealing with the insurance comapny for awhile until I get every thing resolve. Linda

Someone Please Destroy This Company

If I could have given this company zero stars I would have. I have been dealing with them for the past month and a half and have experienced the worst customer service of my entire life. The story begins on May 25th in Orlando. I'm crashed into by an idiotic cab driver. He gives me some insurance papers, I take pictures of the crash scene, and file a claim the next day. Takes Windhaven A MONTH to assign me an adjuster. Takes her another WEEK to realize the following fuck ups: the insurance policy doesn't cover commercial vehicles, the driver isn't listed on the insurance policy, and the vehicle listed on the policy I was given isn't even the same vehicle that crashed into me. How does an insurance company need a MONTH to figure all this shit out? Fine - I decide to file a claim through the driver's insurance. They need a denial letter from Windhaven. A simple thing, I expect. Nope. Not with Windhaven. Not with the company that was incorporated by Satan himself. Not with the compa

What a Joke of a Company

I had an accident on 10/11/12. The at fault driver has this company. I still have heard no word from them, while they have gotten their customer a rental and estimate. I guess they really care about drivers on suspended licences who fail to yield the right away and cause serious injury to others, not to mention totaling a car. Calls are not answered from me or my insurance agent, maybe they will answer calls from my LAWYER!

If I Could Give 0 Stars I Would

Due to this company not holing up to their end of the contract after paying for 3 years of insurance with NO claims, they have cause such finical and emotional distress to my family and myself I don't know how they are still in business. I wish I had noticed the "F" rating on the BBB before using this company. If you need and auto insurance, I suggest for your own happiness and safety to stay as far away from this company.

Worse Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced!

This is the worse company I have ever delt with. They do not return calls. I have been trying to reach them for 3 weeks with no luck. I have called, emailed and left messages with the supervisor and NOTHING!! I have no choice but to go to Florida Office of Insurance Regulation.
