WARNING!!!!!!!! iv non elf this place for 20 years since they were on 40 st and 127 ave. if toy like to get over charred and give a bunch of pills one does not need this is the place to go.As you walk in you will see two friendly faces. They will try to sell you a mouth session of personal training witch will never be personal they will never be personal it will be most of the time with others oh and did i forget to tell you, you will have different trainers at times. the session will coast you up words of 400 to 600 per mouth. Then he will try to sell you an abundance of pills and supplement that you will never need since most of it and can get in the diet you have its a trick. those pills and supplement will also coast you around 200 per mouth so by the time you walk out of there you will be light on the wallet or purse. So i say again WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
