The "manager" of this location is disrespectful and absolutely should not be a manger. I walked into this location to purchase lunch. When I walked in, neither of the two young ladies behind the counter greeted me. One was making pizzas (the manager), the other was cutting and boxing pies. I stood at the counter on front of the register awaiting the assistance. The manger walks by towards the back (still no acknowledgement of my presence), the other looks up and sees me but continues to cut n box. After about a two mins, I ask the one cutting if someone was able to take my order? She looks around as if looking for the other woman and says, "yes, one moment". She then comes over to take my order. Now the other woman comes back and has her phone to her ear talking. She then switches it over to her ear buds.
I'm sitting for about ten minutes awaiting my sandwich. Yes I ordered a sandwich from a pizza place.... They have great sandwiches. Then I hear them tell a lady that it's about a 20 min wait for orders. I then ask how long it'll take for my order... I'm initially told 20 mins. I tell them I want a refund because I've already been here for 20 mins and that I need to get to work. Now the manager identified herself as THE MANAGER. I told her that I've been here far too long waiting on a sandwich. She begins to raise her voice telling me that I'm not the only one waiting for food. I understand that; however I should have been told that in the beginning when I ordered. I also proceed to tell her that her customer service is lacking. Not one person greeted me. You're walking around on your phone but you are the manager. Now all of a sudden it'll only take 6 mins to make my sandwich. I insist on a refund because I'm not about to argue with someone young enough to be my daughter! Finally I ask for her name.... She refuses to give it.... Yet gives plenty of back talk and ensures that I know she's THE MANAGER. I ask the "cutter" and eventually the delivery guy for the District Manager's name... They don't know it, but the driver tells me that the store Manager's name is on the door. As I walk out, THE MANAGER tells me she does not care who I call and to be sure to take a picture of the name on the door.
Now a little about the person they disrespected and show a master class of bad customer service....

Tried to give this location a chance.
They got my order wrong, gave me someones order, it was COLD to top it all off. The pizza said Medium but the pizza was def a small.
Spent the day calling and being placed on hold and no one ever coming back. Sometimes I understand why people flip on food places because they are A holes too sometimes

This dominos pizza place sucks you call and they put you on hold for hours and never get the phone. I called them 5 times and they put you on hold I have a pictures of my waiting time 1 hour and 15 minute then I hung up and called papa Johns and they answer right away, THIS IS WHY DOMINOS SUCKS NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THEM
NOR EAT THERE FOOD.
