Our company hired them to look at our compressor , I was told I had to fill out a cc form to book an appointment and the charge is $ 140 per hour min 2 hours. Tech came out did an oil and filter change. Said that he ran the unit however it struggles to turn start. that was why we had him out. Tech was here for 3 hours. Now the invoice comes... Charged 4 hours, Mileage fee, fuel charge fee, I questioned these and this was the reply I got back :

Well, I did not know I had to ask what the additional charges they charge for....Needless to say We will not be using them again and I suggest you get a written estimate before any work is done

Came to work this morning with a small problem. Our compressor was down. Meaning we have no production. I was recommended Comp Air from another Compressor Company that worked on our type of compressors. I called Comp Air and a lovely woman named Jenny answer the phone, and from there on she just took charge, and it was a pleasure to deal with her. She immediately realized the severity of us being down and she took control and just made me feel like at ease. Customer service is si important and it was Such a pleasure to have Jenny on the other line helping us out. Within a few hours, Kevin came by we explain to him our situation and he was just wonderful. He took care of our problem and we so look forward to working with him in the future. Again, its such a pleasure to find a reputable responsible company that actually works with a smile.
I truly found a gem of a company today.
